GMP Vitas Wild Gum Tragacanth (Xue Yan/ Snow Yan) 16 oz

Xue Yan is the pith secretion of Sterculia (Sterculia), have a history of more than 1,000 years in Myanmar. And it has been popular in Asia for a hundred years. 

It can help to reduce the blood sugar, improve type 2 diabetes, prevent obesity, high blood pressure, and hyperlipidemia. Also, it contains D-galacturonic acid, D-galactose, L-fucose, D-xylose, L-arabinose and L-rhamnose.

Instructions:

After soaking in water for 10 hours, rinse with clean water 3 times, and pick out impurities. Put it in the stewing pot and simmer for 30 minutes.
